Even better, when you share a report, all key parameters remain exactly as you set them – no reverting to default values. This ensures that your collaborators see the same data you intended to share, allowing for consistent insights and smooth collaboration.

Convenient Login with Email and Password

We’ve added the option to log in with your email and password for a smoother, more flexible authentication experience. Now you can access your REI Lense account quickly and securely, whether you choose to log in with email, Google, or Apple accounts.

Step-by-Step Extension Installation Tutorial

We’ve added an easy, step-by-step tutorial on the Extensions page to guide you through the installation process. Setting up the REI Lense extension is now simpler than ever!

Support for Short URLs in Analysis

REI Lense now supports short URLs for properties on Redfin, Zillow, and Realtor. Quickly analyze listings using shortened links for a more streamlined experience.

Toggle for Rent Insights

We’ve added a toggle feature to the Rent section. Now, you can click to reveal or hide detailed rent insights, accessing in-depth rental data only when you need it and keeping your analysis focused and clutter-free.

Unified Widget Design

The Zillow widget now mirrors the one on Redfin, so there’s no need to adjust to a new design.

Extension is available for Realtor.com

The browser extension now supports Realtor.com, providing key insights directly on this popular platform alongside Zillow and Redfin.

City Lense: Neighborhood-Wide Analysis Widget

Introducing City Lense, a powerful new widget for our browser extension that enables area-wide property analysis on Zillow, Realtor, and Redfin. With City Lense, you can instantly calculate key metrics across multiple listings in a neighborhood without needing to view each property’s details individually. This feature makes it easier and faster to assess entire neighborhoods for investment potential, saving you time and providing a broader market perspective.

With just one click on the link at the top of the analytics table, you can jump straight to the full analysis on the REI Lense platform. This update provides fast, flexible access to the insights you need—right when you need them.

"Analyze with REI Lense" in Context Menu

Now you can highlight any U.S. address, right-click, and choose "REI Lense Analysis for…" to open a full analysis in the web version. This feature makes it easier to evaluate properties directly from any webpage.
